Shipping Policy
Orders are inspected, documented and securely packed before worldwide tracked dispatch. This policy explains the normal process and the responsibilities that apply after a parcel enters the courier network.
Processing before shipment
- Normal processing is approximately 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom, high-demand or temporarily unavailable configurations can take longer; the current expectation is communicated before dispatch.
- QC photos or video of the allocated watch are provided before shipping.
Delivery and tracking
Supported orders are shipped using an appropriate tracked service such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or EMS. Typical international transit is approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch, but the courier and customs authority control the final timing. A tracking reference is supplied when available.
Customs, taxes and destination rules
The buyer is responsible for confirming that the purchase can be imported into the destination and for any import duty, tax, brokerage or local charge. Customs inspections and delays are outside HQSuperclone’s control. Shipping documents are prepared according to applicable requirements; we do not promise false declarations.
Address, delivery and risk
- Provide a complete deliverable address and a reachable telephone number.
- Signature may be required. Re-delivery or return costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal or repeated absence may be charged to the buyer.
- Report visible transit damage promptly and retain the packaging, label, photos and video.
- Optional shipping insurance can be requested before payment where available.
