HQSuperclone is independent and is not an authorised dealer, affiliate or representative of the watch manufacturers referenced. Brand and model names are used descriptively to identify compatible styles or references. Products are not represented or sold as genuine originals.

Catalogue information

We work to keep names, images, specifications, prices and availability current. Factory batches can vary and errors may occur. Material specifications that are essential to the purchase must be confirmed in writing before payment. We may correct an obvious error or cancel an unavailable order before dispatch.

Orders and payment

Checkout submission is an order request, not automatic acceptance. Acceptance occurs after availability, final amount, payment instructions and processing expectations are confirmed. The buyer is responsible for verifying recipient and payment details before using an irreversible transfer method.

Delivery, support and liability

The Shipping Policy, Refund & Exchange Policy and Warranty Policy form part of these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product; nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
