Quality Control Process
Our QC process is designed to reduce uncertainty between choosing a catalogue reference and receiving the allocated watch.
The review sequence
Reference match
Model, dial, bezel, case finish, bracelet or strap and requested options are compared with the order.
Exterior review
Visible alignment, crystal, dial, hands, markers, date window, crown, pushers, clasp and surface finish are checked.
Function review
Winding, time-setting, date and listed complications are operated. Obvious movement or function issues are escalated before approval.
Customer QC
Current QC material is supplied so the allocated piece can be reviewed before it is cleared for dispatch.
What QC does—and does not—mean
QC is a practical pre-dispatch review of the supplied configuration. It is not certification by a referenced brand, an independent laboratory report or a guarantee that every individual specification equals a genuine watch. The applicable support is described in our 24-month movement warranty.
Prepare for QC
Save the product link and list any must-have detail—size, dial, strap, clasp or function—before payment confirmation. This gives the team a clear checklist for the allocated watch.
